Turkish Girl Buried Alive For Talking To Boys

The body of a 16-year-old girl who police say was buried alive by relatives in an "honor" killing carried out as punishment for talking to boys has been discovered in Kahta, Turkey.
Turkish police discovered the body after acting on an anonymous tip. The tipster told police that the girl was killed after a family council meeting, and had been buried under a chicken pen. Police say that the girl had complained two months earlier that her grandfather............

Not that I agree with what the parents did...but why is it unacceptable for them to bury her if she spoke to boys? If this is their way of life, who are we to judge them and dictate what is right and what is not?

Just a thought b/c there are a lot of tribes still existing in this world (not to say these ppl were from a tribe) but what might be acceptable/unacceptable to us might not be to them.....

...but you have to be some heartless mofo to do something like that to your own kid.
