Toronto Civic Club Inc. - About Us Welcome to the Toronto Civic Club's official website. Founded in August of 2001 by Duy Hua (Jugglez), Richard Erlich (WNT_2_GO_Fast), Thomas Mak (Tmak) and Jeff Tran (SiRJ), a foursome with a common passion, the Honda Civic. Since that time the club has seen extensive growth, and three of the foursome has moved forward to pursue other goals. Duy Hua remains webmaster to this day. Incorporated in October 2005, the club has branched into a new era of club identity. Where the club atmosphere remains family like, it is now its own entity, privately held. A group of car enthusiasts (predominately the Honda Civic) residing in the Greater Toronto Area.
